Job summary

Tyson Foods in Humboldt, TN seeks a 2nd Shift General Production Manager to lead all production operations at the facility. You will supervise production supervisors, manage schedules, ensure CCP verifications, and drive safety initiatives on the floor in a fast-paced meat processing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or 2+ years at Tyson. HACCP knowledge is preferred; travel and onsite daycare are noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience.
• HACCP certification preferred.
• CCP verification knowledge preferred.
• Fresh meats processing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations at the Humboldt facility and manage production supervisors and schedules.
• Review team performance and develop improvements in deficient areas.
• Oversee CCP verification schedules and safety committee participation.
