Job summary

Illumina is seeking a Material Coordinator on the 2nd shift to manage inventory, support order fulfillment, and coordinate transfers between locations. You will use ERP systems to generate reports, perform cycle counts, and work with Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve variances.

The role requires GMP/ISO familiarity, ERP proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This onsite position offers extensive benefits and a pathway for growth within a fast‑paced life sciences

Qualifications

Life sciences manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Familiar with GMP and ISO regulated environments.
2–5 years of materials or logistics experience.
Strong computer literacy with ERP, spreadsheets and word processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Transfer finished goods inventory from manufacturing and Receiving to warehouse locations for order fulfillment.
Monitor and segregate finished goods inventory that are placed on hold daily.
Facilitate transfer requests to and from offsite storage by generating reports through ERP.
Perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances and submit for completion.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies by investigation prompted by customer service inquiry and SFDC reports.
Perform random location audits for inventory accuracy and maintenance.
Monitor and account for inventory in temporary transit locations to ensure proper inventory transfer is completed.
Generate reports and complete special projects as assigned. Provide performance reports as necessary.
