Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or higher degrees with fewer years.
• 3+ years of leadership in warehouse management, materials supervision, or supply chain in automotive manufacturing.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and material handling personnel, ensuring safe and efficient daily operations.
• Manage material flow and inventory control to support production while minimizing excess inventory.
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers on replenishment schedules and lead-time management.
• Collaborate with logistics to optimize inbound/outbound movements and transportation.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to monitor inventory levels, consumption, forecasts, and replenishment needs.
• Support Lean initiatives including JIT, Kanban, and pull systems.
• Identify and resolve shortages, bottlenecks, and supply disruptions.
• Ensure warehouse safety protocols and storage standards; oversee shift scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure policy compliance; drive continuous improvement in efficiency.
