Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of material handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory control systems and basic math.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and obtain a Material Handling License.
• Strong interpersonal communication and safety awareness.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage main receiving dock and final disposition of products.
• Identify, verify, store, and distribute raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain documentation and inventory per guidelines.
• Move materials using equipment and prepare orders for shipment (pallet labeling, wrap).
• Assist team members and resolve issues to meet department goals.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce waste and non-value-added work.
