The role emphasizes staff development, safety audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, with hours 2:00pm-10:00pm and occasional Saturday coverage. A background in manufacturing distribution is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years manufacturing/distribution experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years warehouse operations experience, including shipping and material handling.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in coaching team members, managing performance, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and delivering results on time.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement project design and execution; experienced with Google Suite, Excel, Oracle, and Loftware.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee two warehouse teams and direct 17+ direct reports.
• Guide second- and third-shift operations to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety and cost-efficiency; conduct daily safety audits.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive process and budget improvements.
