Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Material Handler to support production on the night shift at our Ohio facility. You will move raw materials, load/unload trailers, and perform digital inventory tracking using MFG Pro ERP.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, strong math/technical skills, and teamwork with a willingness to work overtime. Compensation starts at $22.47/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential, with a Sun–Thu 11:20 PM–7:30 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical and technical aptitude.
• Experience with ERP systems (MFG Pro preferred).
• 3+ years in material handling/logistics.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or 5S.

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely between receiving, storage, and production.
• Unload/load trailers and verify shipments.
• Perform digital inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Maintain 5S standards and promote safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate updates.
