Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment; receiving experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate material-handling equipment.
• Must communicate in English to follow work orders and read supervisor notes.
• Learn SAP to locate and track parts; basic computer skills required.
• Stay organized while unloading trucks, sorting materials, and pulling inventory.
• Strong attention to detail; documentation must be accurate.
• Maintain a clean driving record to operate company trucks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, review packing slips, and maintain accurate records.
• Unload incoming trucks, sort parts, and place materials on the welding line.
• Prepare and load weekly Midwest shipments; confirm shipping and delivery reports.
• Use SAP to locate, retrieve, and track inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and notify Purchasing when replenishment is needed.
• Assist other Material Handlers as needed.
• Report issues to the Supervisor immediately.
• Follow all environmental, safety, and company policies.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
