Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Utility - Material Handler for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role pays $27.90 per hour base plus a $2.50 shift premium, with standard weekly pay and benefits starting on day one.

Responsibilities include supporting material flow, locating and delivering parts, maintaining records, and assisting new staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and SAP experience; forklift and PIV training are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with shipping, receiving or logistics preferred.
• Experience issuing and locating parts in SAP preferred.
• Forklift and other powered industrial vehicle training/licenses required or obtainable.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support material flow to maintain a steady plant process.
• Report part-shortage issues and generate ECRs/DMTs as needed.
• Assist new and transferring employees with procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and priority lists in work centers.
• Receive parts from vendors and locate them in stock locations.
• Process kit lists and issue kits for assemblies and power leads.
• Deliver bins to production areas and train operators on PIV/Crane where needed.
