Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler in Maryland to join our VALUES based organization. Starting at $18.00/hr based on experience.

You will manually pick and stage warehouse items at loading docks, operate a forklift and order picker, and use a handheld scanner to move items to the correct dock. Optional duties include assisting with unloading or loading trucks.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions from supervisor, lead or co-worker.
• Six months to one year related experience.
• Order picker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick and stage correct warehouse items at the loading dock location.
• Operate a forklift and order picker as required.
• Use a handheld scanner to locate items and move them to the correct dock door.
• Assist in unloading or loading trucks when necessary.
