Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator for the 2nd shift at our Hagerstown, MD facility. This full-time, on-site role includes a $1.00 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift to move, stack and inventory products, ensuring accurate records and safe handling of materials. High school diploma or GED preferred and prior forklift experience required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have previous forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Move levers and press pedals to drive forklift and control lifting movement.
• Position forks and lifting device under, over, or around pallets and transport loads to designated areas.
• Unload and stack material by lifting and lowering the device.
• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers with materials as needed.
