Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler to join our VALUES based organization. You will perform material receiving, movement, and shipping support within the pre-hanging/pre-finishing operations, ensuring parts are ready for production.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming material, updating inventory in our systems, and helping keep the warehouse organized. Prior forklift and scanning gun experience is beneficial; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Experience using computer and handheld scanning gun.

Responsibilities

• Receive, audit, inspect, ID and store incoming material.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and organization.
• Update inventories in the computer when moving materials.
• Assist in assigning production areas when not moving materials.
• Ensure materials meet quality expectations.
• Load trucks with finished door products per direction.
• Adhere to forklift, safety, and quality guidelines.
