Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a 2nd SHIFT Team Leader for the MagStop Value Stream. This working leader will spend ~40% of time within a manufacturing cell, guiding production associates and driving lean improvements to meet customer expectations.

The role requires a Lean Champion mindset, 5S supervision, and hands-on training of new and existing staff to uphold safety and quality standards on the shift. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified trainer in Lean/safety practices preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and implementing 5S/standard work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production cell on the 2nd shift and coach associates.
• Ensure 5S standards and daily management boards are updated.
• Address quality concerns and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Train new associates and maintain consistent standard work methods.
