Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a SHIFT Team Leader to guide production associates in the MagStop Value Stream. This on-site role spends 40% of time operating within a team-based cell, driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across the shift.

The ideal candidate is a certified trainer with Lean Champion credentials, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of leading by example in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be certified trainer in the area.
• Lean champion with standard work knowledge.
• Ability to lead in a team-based manufacturing cell.

Responsibilities

• Attend external supervision/leadership course annually as directed.
• Occasionally rotate to other shifts for training and priorities.
• Maintain 5S and update Daily Management boards.
• Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure safe working environment.
• Lead area/shift to address quality concerns and train staff.
• Champion standard work and identify deviations.
• Assist and coach new associates on standard work and setup.
• Lead by example in safety, time management and policy adherence.
• Cross-train on multiple Teams/parts as needed.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance for improvements.
• Maintain open communication with supervision and pass on shift info.
• Interface with previous and next shift Team Leaders for handoffs.
• Subject to overtime and rotation.
• Perform other duties as required.
