Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a SHIFT Team Leader to guide production associates in the MagStop Value Stream. This working leader spends about 40% of time in a manufacturing cell, driving continuous improvement and ensuring quality.

The role requires Lean Champion status, strong training skills, and the ability to coach across shifts while maintaining safety, standard work, and daily management boards. Onsite position in Indiana with opportunities for cross-training and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Lean Champion status expected.
• Certified trainer in the area and able to lead training sessions.
• Minimum related experience in supervision/leadership; training and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend external supervision/leadership courses as directed, at least annually.
• Maintain 5S and update Daily Management boards in the work area.
• Ensure safe working environment; retrain as needed to uphold safety behavior.
• Lead area/shift to address quality concerns; conduct training to raise awareness.
• Champion standard work and identify improvements when gaps arise.
• Assist and govern training of new associates; cover methods of standard work and setup.
• Coach associates to follow policies; escalate to supervision when needed.
• Cross-train across teams/part numbers as required.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to solve issues.
• Communicate concerns to supervision; schedule meetings as needed.
