Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory production experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd-shift manufacturing operations for 26-person team.
• Plan, assign, and optimize labor, equipment, and production schedules.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Lead continuous improvement activities, including 5S and Kaizen.
• Coordinate with plant leadership to meet production goals.
