Dover Precision Components is hiring a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor in Houston, TX. You will lead a 26-person hourly team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the shift.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory production experience, Lean manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. We offer a discretionary bonus and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory production experience in high-mix manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read, interpret drawings/blueprints and lead teams to safe, quality production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the 2nd shift manufacturing team (approx. 26 people).
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity; drive on-time shipping.
• Lead continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen) and shift huddles.
• Coach and train operators; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
