RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for Stringtown, WV. You will oversee a unionized team of hourly workers, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while driving practical problem solving and continuous improvement.

The role is 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with first-shift training and potential relocation assistance. Requires a university degree, 2+ years in manufacturing, and SAP/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry; supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiar with SAP, Excel and PowerPoint; able to manage schedules and processes.
• Experience in aerospace industry and working with union employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cell-level manufacturing performance for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure adherence to procedures by direct reports and manage daily operations.
• Drive problem solving and continuous improvement using CORE/visual management practices.
• Coach team leads, develop training plans, and ensure data integrity in SAP.
• Coordinate materials/logistics and partner with planning to meet production requirements.
