Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in Sumter, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to lead the Switchboard assembly operations. You will coach and direct a team, ensure safety and product quality, manage workloads, and partner with plant leadership to meet production, cost, and delivery targets while driving continuous improvement.

The role runs Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:00am, with a focus on 5S, workforce development, and efficient problem solving to sustain high

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing people or project teams.
• No immigration sponsorship offered; relocation within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead Switchboard assembly operations to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Direct and develop staff, manage workloads and manning levels.
• Coordinate with plant leadership to achieve production targets and on-time delivery.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues; partner with quality teams to drive improvements.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work culture and enforce 5S practices.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of plant personnel and stakeholders.
