Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and deliver a world-class operation at the Cincinnati site. You will educate, motivate, and develop team members while applying Lean/TPM tools to improve performance and safety.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You will collaborate across functions to meet quality standards and plant objectives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve production results.
• Ensure production facilities and finished products meet quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Establish relationships to foster collaboration and innovative solutions.
• Provide business leadership aligned with plant objectives and daily operations.
• Coach and guide the team to deliver year-over-year results through continuous improvement tools.
• Serve as a technical resource for system operations and product requirements.
• Facilitate information exchange between work groups and cross-functional teams.
