Job summary

You will mentor operators, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to deliver consistent results in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• High School degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, ambiguity, adversity and change.
• Demonstrated understanding of technology and providing solutions to technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve required production results.
• Ensure facilities and finished products meet quality, sanitation and safety standards.
• Foster relationships to encourage innovative problem-solving across teams.
• Provide business leadership aligned with departmental and plant objectives.
• Coach and guide the work group to deliver year-over-year results using CI tools.
• Serve as a technical resource in system operations and product requirements.
• Facilitate effective information exchange between work groups and cross-functional teams.
