General Mills Operations, LLC. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) to lead a production team in a fast-paced facility. You will drive safety, quality, and cost improvements while ensuring alignment with the shift’s operational plan and continuous learning for the team.

You will coach and develop staff, manage performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver target results, uphold food safety, and support platform improvements across processes.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or frontline leadership experience.
• Experience working in a highly collaborative environment.
• Proven success in driving results through process and teamwork.
• Experience reducing losses and improving performance in a manufacturing setting.
• Technical capability and knowledge of unit operations and machinery (at least one production platform).
• Skilled at communicating between work groups, cross-functional resources, and other plant members.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis systems (SAP, Maximo, MQIS) and decision making for results.
