Responsibilities

• Train and assist associates in maintenance tasks.
• Operate machines safely and perform setup.
• Record and dispose of scrap daily; complete rework.
• Lead and supervise associates on lines.
• Maintain 5S standards and accurate paperwork.
• Monitor production and TPM goals.
• Report quality issues promptly and inspect parts.
