Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent with two years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Supervisory responsibilities: lead and guide associates on specific manufacturing lines, including training, planning, directing work and resolving problems as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist associates in performing preventative maintenance assignments.
• Lead, motivate and fill in for associates when necessary.
• Inform Team leader or Production manager of all quality issues promptly and inspect parts to verify specifications.
• Accurate completion of paperwork and data entry; maintain 5S standards.
• Monitor absenteeism and maintain time and production records; collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve TPM goals.
• Analyze problems and assist associates in solving work problems; participate in ISO 14000/continuous improvement programs.
