Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exhibits strong cross-cultural communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office suite.
• Knowledge of Pareto charts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production associates to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards on the line.
• Coordinate with production planning to schedule orders and report progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Train new team members on processes, equipment operation and safety.
