Job summary

Fanatics is hiring multiple Manufacturing Leads for the 2nd shift in Sunnyvale, TX. The role supervises a manufacturing team, coordinates daily operations, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality.

Shift hours are 2:00pm–10:00pm or 1:00pm–9:00pm with potential overtime. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with manufacturing software and MS Office.

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing team activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments to achieve goals.
• Ensure safety policies and 5S practices are followed on the floor.
