Job summary

Fanatics, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for the 3rd shift to supervise the production team across Finishing, Etching, and Packing. The role emphasizes meeting production schedules, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will support the Manufacturing Supervisor, monitor schedules, address issues, mentor the team, and drive continuous improvement while upholding 5S and safety standards. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Supervisor: coordinate activities to ensure efficient workflow; monitor production schedules; adjust assignments to meet goals; ensure safety and policy compliance; address issues to minimize downtime; mentor and motivate the team; assign tasks based on skills; track performance.
• Training and Development: assist in onboarding and training new employees on processes, safety, and policies.
• Quality Control: oversee product quality, implement QC procedures, identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, monitor changes.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce safety policies, participate in inspections and risk assessments.
• Administrative Tasks: maintain clear communication, production reports, scheduling meetings and events.
• Inventory and Resource Management: ensure materials availability and manage inventory to minimize waste and cost.
