The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing software. Safety and 5S adherence are essential in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred in engineering/manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing team to meet production schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain safe operations.
• Support the Manufacturing Supervisor and adjust assignments to meet goals.
• Enforce safety standards and 5S principles across the line.
• Train new employees on processes, safety protocols, and policies.
• Oversee product quality and conduct regular inspections for defects.
• Prepare production reports and communicate with other departments.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials to meet production demands.
• Track performance of team members and the overall line.
