Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Plant Superintendent to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Sunnyvale, TX facility. You will lead production teams, coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials, and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and costs.

This on-site role requires ensuring schedules align with customer requirements and policies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production management and materials management, with strong leadership and organizational skills to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience may be considered.
Experience managing production teams and meeting operational targets.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective output.
Lead production supervisors and line teams; ensure schedules meet customer requirements.
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements across the plant.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and materials for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
