Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing team to meet schedules.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments as necessary.
• Ensure processes follow safety standards and policies.
• Address downtime and troubleshoot to minimize interruptions.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees.
• Oversee product quality and implement QC procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote 5S principles and safe work environment.
• Maintain production reports and communicate across departments.
