Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Bethlehem, PA. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and timely output on the 2nd shift (3:30pm–11:30pm, Mon–Fri).

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years in a technical leadership capacity within assembly/electronics, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with ERP systems and MS Office. Direct hire, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Technical Lead/Production Lead role in assembly/electrical/wiring environments.
• Experience with electronic components and their ratings.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly/electronics environments; familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 2nd shift manufacturing operations, workflow, and staffing.
• Monitor production to meet goals, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate production priorities with Planning and other departments.
• Identify and resolve delays, equipment issues, and process disruptions.
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to maximize performance.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate goals, safety updates, and priorities.
• Train new employees and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
