Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronic or electromechanical production.
• Advanced assembly, testing, or machine operation skills.
• Experience leading or training others on the factory floor.
• IPC certification or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production flow.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and respond to real-time production needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assembly, testing, or machine operation work.
• Provide daily on-the-floor direction and guidance.
• Train and mentor employees on processes, equipment, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Oversee workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure production schedules.
• Verify travelers, documentation, and material availability.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and document results.
• Identify issues and escalate to supervisors/engineering/quality.
• Support continuous improvement (5S, waste reduction, process optimization).
• Communicate daily updates to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Provide feedback regarding performance and training needs.
