Job summary

Just Born, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership for electrical, instrumentation, and controls across all plant operations. This role ensures equipment reliability and safety while complying with applicable codes and GMP standards.

Located in Bethlehem, PA, it is a 2nd shift, fully onsite position supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate has five or more years in electrical controls, instrumentation, PLCs, and related systems, with strong

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Electrical Controls, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Process Systems, Instrumentation, PLC programming.
• Ability to analyze data using OEE and MES systems.
• Thorough knowledge of instrumentation and process controls; proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong supervisory, planning, execution, training, development and coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficient with SAP and PC-based software; comfortable with mobile/network tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations and optimize schedules for safe production.
• Lead instrumentation and controls troubleshooting across shifts.
• Identify training needs and develop maintenance training programs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations and GMP.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance to improve safety and reliability.
• Support safety culture and incident investigations.
• Coordinate outside contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation of plant systems and PLC programs.
