Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong analytical ability to solve manufacturing issues.
• Experience with inspection tools and GD&T.
• Experience with CNC and machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Suggests, evaluates, and manages multiple manufacturing projects from start to finish.
• Develops and implements machining processes on current or future assets.
• Implements capital equipment evaluations and run-offs.
• Maintains lean manufacturing practices and tooling technologies.
• Leads NPD, insourcing and productivity projects.
• Designs tooling and fixtures using 3D modeling.
• Develops manufacturing routings and sub-assembly operations.
• Leads machine tool installations and production support.
• Ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance and safety practices.
