Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (2nd shift) to join our Mocksville, NC facility. The role focuses on improving production processes, designing manufacturing methods, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with design, quality, and operations to reduce costs, implement improvements, and lead capital projects. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience and GD&T knowledge; on-site with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• 1+ years experience using inspection tools.
• 1+ years experience in GD&T and tolerance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Suggest and manage multiple manufacturing projects from start to end.
• Develop and implement machining processes on current or future assets.
• Implement capital equipment including evaluation, selection, run-offs, and implementation.
• Maintain manufacturing best practices including lean manufacturing and machine tool / tooling technologies.
• Leads machine tool installations throughout the entire process.
• Supports production efforts through troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
• Ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
