Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Manager to ensure profitable and efficient operation of the assigned production area. You will supervise production supervisors, ensure safety, manage schedules and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the line.

Required are a Bachelor’s or an Associate degree with substantial manufacturing supervision experience, plus proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing is required.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct production supervisors and coordinate work across the plant.
• Maintain safety, quality, efficiency, and production schedules.
• Analyze staffing requirements and resolve production problems with supervisors.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean/5S in the area.
