Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Maintenance Team Member to maintain and improve production equipment at our Medina, NY facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep lines running efficiently.

You will work 2:00pm–10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed, earning $30.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a comprehensive 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Commitment to safety and GMP/OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds for optimal performance.
• Maintain CMMS records and documentation for maintenance tasks.
• Follow GMPs and food safety standards and safety protocols.
