Upstate Niagara Cooperative's North Lawrence plant in New York is seeking a skilled maintenance professional for the 2nd shift (12pm–8:30pm). You will operate and maintain process equipment, troubleshoot issues, and train team members to uphold safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with electro-mechanical, pneumatics, PLCs, and process instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated and a collaborative team member.
• Commitment to safety and training others.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC devices.
• Train teammates and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance and rectify deviations; uphold safety.
