Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Machine Shop Operator for the 2nd shift in Santa Ana, CA. Join a team producing critical power distribution products with a 40-hour work week, potential overtime, and a 401k plan from day one.

The role pays $24.75 per hour plus a $1 shift premium, with first-shift training for a couple months. You will fabricate, inspect, and assemble sheet metal parts per blueprints and instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in machine shop operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch press, shear, hydraulic and other fabrication equipment.
• Prepare metal parts, fixtures and equipment for fabrication.
• Inspect product quality and conformance to drawings.
