Ignite Human Capital LLC client in Pomona, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. The role supports uptime and site goals within established safety and preventive maintenance processes.

The position requires a strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background, 4+ years of maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently on second shift on-site.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
• Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communicator who can work independently on shift.
• Available to work second shift, on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Handle emergency and unscheduled repairs during production runs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders.
• Perform basic machinist work, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Use hand/power tools and meters; handle materials safely.
• Identify faulty operations and report issues to supervision.
• Follow safety regulations and keep areas clean.
