Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with multi-craft experience in an industrial setting.
- Hold a current Class I Shelby County Steam Boiler Operator License or be able to obtain within six months.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with power and hand tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair facility structures, equipment and grounds.
- Operate and monitor continuous process equipment for transformers production.
- Monitor boilers, HVAC systems, chillers and building management systems.
- Read prints/drawings and follow CSMS policies.
- Support TPM tasks and assist in corrective actions.
