COATING PLACE LLC in Verona, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). The role focuses on preventative maintenance across production equipment, with on-boarding training on the 1st shift and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, knowledge of cGMP, ability to read and communicate in English, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move up to 150 lbs in a GMP environment. Eligible for benefits and 401(k) options.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Familiarity with MSDS and PPE usage.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently for job duties.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and move objects up to 150 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the setup, teardown and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on boilers, HVAC, and purified water systems.
• Perform calibrations on production equipment.
• Understand basic welding, plumbing, and electrical practices.
• Understand basic electrical diagrams.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Support facility projects as directed by the Maintenance & Engineering Department.
• Follow CPI cGMP and CPI safety practices, policies, and procedures.
• Be aware of Halal and/or Kosher requirements as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
