Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience in industrial maintenance or 4 years in food manufacturing maintenance.
• Technical/Vocational Diploma or associate degree preferred.
• Ability to function effectively in a team, handle stress, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with High-Speed Packaging Machinery and industrial PLC is desired.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review work orders; determine tools, parts, and manpower needed.
• Respond to crises with necessary tools and equipment to perform work.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot and repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance and install/commission new equipment.
• Maintain records, test subsystems, and fabricate replacement parts as needed.
• Follow OSHA, GMP, FDA/USDA, and GFSI policies; adhere to Lock-Out Tag-Out.
• On-call availability 24/7 and participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor wastewater equipment to meet regulatory requirements.
