Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift to ensure safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining corrugated converting equipment and facility systems to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and is on-site with a competitive hourly wage of $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules.
• Welding experience required or preferred.
• Machinery installation experience is needed.
• Machine troubleshooting experience is essential.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Machine and equipment repairs.
• Building and property repairs.
• Install, overhaul, and rebuild machines or other property.
• Self-directed completion of maintenance requisitions.
• Troubleshoot machines using electrical testers, blueprints, and schematics.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance shop.
• Follow safety and quality policies and procedures.
