Job summary
Green Bay Packaging Inc. - Folding Carton division in De Pere, WI seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to install and maintain plant support systems and process machinery. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, ensuring reliability of industrial equipment.
The role offers a safety-driven environment, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and training opportunities. Overtime and weekend work may be required; third shift is Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM–6:00 AM after
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, and humidification systems)
- Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Maintain tool accountability and comply with GMP standards
- Assist with general facilities and grounds maintenance
