Job description

Founded in 1977, All Flex Solutions is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex printed circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission- and life-critical applications. All Flex products are used in various markets including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial, and telecommunications.

This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. The role also involves assisting in the upkeep and repair of building facilities. The position reports to the Facilities Director.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 4PM-2:30AM

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Use PLC, electrical, and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair building and production equipment.
2. Maintain physical property, including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and large repairs.
3. Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance tasks.
4. Assist in new equipment installation and modifications.
5. Maintain all walkways and entry areas of the facilities.
6. Help develop maintenance priorities with the Facilities Director.
7. Follow safety requirements, wear protective gear, and maintain a safe work environment.
8. Respond promptly to safety concerns and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance with formal training in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Moderate electrical skills and understanding of PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills; mature judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, physically fit, able to handle multiple priorities, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with computers.
