Job summary

Aztalan Bio LLC in Jefferson, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a growing biorefinery. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, offering $30.00–$38.00 per hour plus a $2 shift premium and a strong benefits package.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and ensure safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing facility.
• Welding and/or fabrication experience and certification (as applicable).
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, valves, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and planned maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Complete repairs with adherence to EHS rules.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
• Maintain and document maintenance work in the system.
• Train operators on simple maintenance tasks.
