Job summary

Aztalan Bio LLC in Jefferson, WI is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Monday–Friday shift 2:00pm–10:30pm. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $38–$46 per hour plus a $2 shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and sick time.

As the primary on-shift maintenance lead, you will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment, mentor technicians, coordinate daily activities,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Trade school certification or degree preferred; equivalent mechanical maintenance experience considered.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the Maintenance Foreman to minimize downtime.
• Provide day-to-day direction, technical support, and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
• Lead the assigned shifts and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements are followed.
• Document work orders, inspections, and equipment history in the CMMS.
• Assist with planned maintenance, plant shutdowns, and process improvements.
