Job summary

The 2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician at AZTALAN BIO LLC is a full-time role based in Jefferson, Wisconsin, working 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The position leads the maintenance team, coordinates daily tasks, and ensures safe, reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and process equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment history logging in the CMMS, with a focus on minimizing downtime and improving safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience mentoring or leading maintenance personnel is preferred.
• Welding and fabrication experience with conveyors, pumps, valves, and gearboxes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant systems.
• Lead maintenance team on shift, prioritize work, and mentor technicians.
• Support planned maintenance, plant shutdowns, and process improvements.
