Aztalan Bio LLC in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. You will assist the Foreman with daily maintenance planning, lead shifts, and mentor junior technicians to improve reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, coordinating work orders in CMMS, and participating in plant improvements to enhance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience mentoring or leading maintenance personnel preferred.
• Trade school certification or equivalent mechanical maintenance experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience and certifications where applicable.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical/hydraulic drawings and schematics.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Provide day-to-day mentorship and technical support to technicians.
• Prioritize and assign daily work with respect to skills and priorities.
• Lead technicians during shifts and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Document work orders, inspections, and equipment history in CMMS.
• Assist with safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support plant shutdowns, installations, and process improvements.
