Job summary

C&W Services seeks a Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment and support base building systems.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, preventative maintenance, work-order management, mentoring juniors, and cross-team communication within the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years repairing MHE or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years reading blueprints/electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS and creating maintenance docs.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and follow procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in MHE systems.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor and parts data.
• Mentor junior technicians and support the team.
• Maintain positive relationships across the facility.
